Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
The service
Rackup provides a digital waitlist that bars use to manage pool table queues and notify patrons by SMS when a table is ready.
Joining a waitlist
To join a waitlist you provide your first name and mobile number and agree to receive a text message when your table is ready. You must be the authorized user of the phone number you provide and may not submit a number that is not your own.
SMS consent and opt-out
By joining you consent to receive transactional SMS from the participating bar via Rackup. Message frequency is approximately one message per join. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Rackup only to join waitlists you intend to use, and not to abuse, disrupt, or submit false information to the service.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Table availability and notification timing depend on the bar's staff and carrier delivery, which we do not guarantee.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rackup is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service, including a missed table turn due to a delayed or undelivered message.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
