Rackup

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

Rackup (“we,” “us”) operates a digital pool table waitlist that bars use to notify patrons by SMS when their table is ready. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you join a waitlist, we collect your first name and mobile phone number. Bar staff who use the management dashboard provide an email address to create an account.

How we use your information

We use your name and mobile number for a single purpose: to add you to the table waitlist you selected and to send you a text message when your table is ready. We do not use your information for advertising.

SMS messaging

By joining a waitlist you consent to receive SMS messages from the bar you joined, sent through Rackup.

  • Message frequency: approximately one message per waitlist join (sent when your table is ready).
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile number

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing. Your number is used solely to deliver the waitlist notification you requested, via our SMS provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of message delivery. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention

Waitlist entries, including your name and number, are retained only as long as needed to operate the waitlist and are routinely deleted after the queue clears.
